Positive Intelligence: Bring Your Best Coaching Self to Sessions: Coaching Self Upgrade

May 14, 2025

1:30 - 2:45 pm ET

CCEUs - CC 1.0, RD .25

This event is co-hosted with ICF NYC's International Coaching Week.

2025 is challenging for clients and coaches. Coaches can be of ever more sustainable service in holding powerful space for transformation in the midst of disruption, when they are resilient at their core. This is a session to build a coach’s inner rubric and practice to meet and dance in the chaos in sessions.

You’ll deepen your ICF Competency of Maintaining Coaching Presence – staying fully conscious and present with the client – open, flexible, grounded and confident.

In this session you’ll identify the top inner Saboteur that messes with you in coaching sessions. You’ll name one thing that you might do to “catch” that Saboteur in your next coaching session that trips you up in your sessions, and one way you might switch to your Sage Self – return to your more effective Coaching Presence.
